- Over 15 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, primarily technology-focused environment.
- Experience in the start-up ecosystem is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
- Exposure to hiring for niche and emerging technologies.
- A technical mindset with the ability to understand client technology hiring needs and advise on the talent landscape.
- Experience hiring across various career levels, from entry-level to leadership positions.
- Proven track record in hiring high volumes and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience leading diverse recruitment teams across various engagement models, including source/screen/present and end-to-end, with the ability to manage remote teams.
- Ability to conceptualize and manage mid-to-large-scale assessment centers, hiring events, and weekend drives to meet bulk hiring needs within tight timelines.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing clients through seamless service delivery. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies based on client requirements, acting as a Talent Acquisition business partner.
- Participate in strategic discussions, providing talent insights and market landscape information relevant to client needs.
- Advise clients on talent availability and the most effective hiring processes suited to the market.
- Drive innovative, creative sourcing methods to identify the best talent for fast-growing tech start-ups.
- Build and engage talent communities of high-potential tech professionals in high-demand skills and domains.
- Stay connected with the start-up community to keep abreast of talent acquisition trends and key team/talent movements.
- Lead recruitment teams to achieve service delivery as per agreed SLAs.
- Manage KPIs for each engagement and provide regular reports to key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Ensure the accurate and up-to-date use of the in-house applicant tracking system, or client systems if applicable.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the point of contact for issue resolution and escalation.
- Build, train, and mentor a high-caliber recruitment team familiar with start-up ecosystems and strong talent attraction skills.
- Engage with vendors when necessary, ensuring cost-effective hiring within the client's budget.
