Responsibilities:

  • Experience in B2B industry for at-least 5 years.
  • Preferably experience in school or education industry.
  • Strategising the Business/Sales Plan for the company in the defined region.
  • Reaching out to present clientele and generating new leads and clients in your region.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange face to face business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s travel services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
  • Prior Education Sales Experience not mandatory.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in sales for a minimum for 3years , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and rapportbuilding abilities. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to handle objections and find creative solutions to challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Prior experience in the Educational Travel sales or in selling educational programs is a plus.
  • Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude are essential traits for success in this role.
