We at Infojini have the following positions open for : US Healthcare Recruiter Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter Experience: Min 1 year Location: Thane Workdays: 5 days (Mon - Fri) Basic Requisites: 1. Excellent Communication Skills 2. Ability to achieve individual as well as team targets. 3. Must Possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn. Job Responsibilities: • Designing and executing talent acquisition sourcing strategies • Working closely with Human Resources department to ensure that their needs are being met • Sourcing and contacting prospects quickly and scheduling interviews with qualified candidates. • Examined candidates resume and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assure candidates met qualifications for positions. • Managing the relationships with search firms and other vendors • Negotiating rates with US Citizens, GC, EAD, TN and H1 candidates. • Managing implementation of an applicant tracking system, recommend enhancements to the system based on changing needs and requirements • Well versed with US Tax terms like W2 / 1099 / C2C. • Coordinate posting job descriptions, recruitment advertising and pre-screening applicants for US clients • Managing the applicant tracking system implementation and providing input into changes that will improve efficiency and candidate pool tracking Benefits: Ø Excellent compensation offered as per Industry Standards.
