Deployed Philippines is an outsourcing company that provides remote staffing services to clients globally that are looking to expand their teams. - Reconcile bank accounts
- Reconcile credit card accounts
- Manage receipt bank or input purchase invoices
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Manage fixed assets register
- Updating of client details on XPM, ATO, ASIC and Beany
- Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of clients on all platforms
- Prepare reconciliation of client fees
- Download responses from client questionnaires and filing into Google Drive/Xero
- Download ATO reports and filing into Google Drive/Xero workpapers
- Set up and maintain filing system for clients on Google Drive and filing documents as received
- Set up of Xero files for new clients
- Follow up and lodgement of signed tax returns
- Assisting the Support Team with ad-hoc tasks as required
- General admin as required by small businesses
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Tax Filing: Experience in filing tax returns and downloading ATOs.
- Software Proficiency: Xero (required), Google Drive, and Google Workspace.
- Admin Focus: Knowledge and experience in administrative tasks, especially as a senior bookkeeper.
Work Arrangement:
- Work Setup: WFH
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am flexi start time
