About the Role: The Fleet Specialist will play a crucial role in managing EV charging operations for Statiq's fleet partners in the western region. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in fleet logistics, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Roles and Responsibilities: Charging Operations Management: o Oversee daily EV charging operations for fleet partners to ensure uninterrupted service. o Monitor charging station performance and coordinate with technical teams for timely issue resolution. Partner Support: o Act as the primary point of contact for fleet partners, addressing their operational concerns and optimizing charging schedules. o Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure satisfaction and address feedback. Operational Coordination: o Collaborate with internal teams to manage charging slot availability and ensure smooth operational workflows. o Assist in the deployment of new charging solutions at fleet partner locations. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Track charging utilization and prepare performance reports for management and partners. o Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Compliance and Safety: o Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all charging sites. o Educate fleet operators on safe and efficient charging practices. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Experience:
- 2-4 years in fleet operations, logistics, or EV charging infrastructure management.
- Experience in working with commercial vehicle fleets or logistics companies is preferred.
- Strong operational coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and fleet requirements.
- Proficiency in analyzing operational data and creating reports.
- Basic understanding of fleet logistics and charging infrastructure.
- Knowledge of EV technology and its application in commercial fleet operations.
