Tax Manager

Position: Tax Technology Manager Job Type: Full-Time Location: Maharashtra, India (On-site) Experience Required: 5+ years (including 4+ years in technology and 1-2 years in tax compliance) Working Hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (4 days office, 1 day remote) Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate & Implement Tax Technology Solutions: Proactively evaluate current tax technology and processes, driving standardization, automation, and centralization.
• Collaboration: Work with the tax, IT, and transformation teams to enhance tax tools and processes.
• Testing & Integration: Participate in testing and integrating new tax technology and processes.
• Documentation & Communication: Document current and future state workflows, translate business requirements into functional ones for the IT team, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
• Training: Deliver training on new technologies and processes.

• 5+ years, with a mix of tax compliance and technology transformation experience.
• 4+ years of experience in tax technology, particularly in financial services or real estate.
• Familiar with tools like Thomson Reuters Go-Systems, CCH Axcess, OneSource, Alteryx, Power BI.
• At least 2 years of experience in tax compliance within corporate, financial services, or individual/private wealth advisory sectors.

• Experience with process automation, standardization, and application of tax technology best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects.
• Expertise in Excel; familiarity with tools such as Visio, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL is a plus.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical acumen and experience in tax process optimization.

• Work Location: Office-based for 4 days a week, 1 day remote.
• Time Zone: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST working hours.
