- Drive delivery of efficiencies through process to support bottom line delivery.
- Champion excellence with Risk, SHEQ and statutory obligations.
- Manage financial budget and resources including defining cost drivers associated to identify opportunities to optimise and minimise.
- Work with senior stakeholders across the organisation to drive enhancement to our asset appraisal, estate project delivery, renewal programs, asset data management and maintenance plan development.
- Drive improvements to our asset engineering, maintenance optimisation including work order planning, scheduling and despatch areas.
- Uplift our jeopardy management and responsible reaction work order administration.
- Identify and support improvements to our call centre performance and customer interaction.
- Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Extensive Asset Management and Project Management exposure within a complex business at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capability.
- Well-developed knowledge in program delivery, change management and driving continuous improvement.
- Exceptional business acumen and written and verbal communications skills.
- Confident in business partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders including operational areas and members of our senior Executive Leadership Team.
