Location: Surat, India (Onsite/Remote) Employment Type: Full-time --- Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and scaling paid ad campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube networks. This individual will play a critical role in driving leads and conversions for our real estate clientele, aligning with Shashwat Technologies' growth goals. --- Roles and Responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy & Planning Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies for lead generation, focusing on real estate microsites and portals. Perform detailed competitor and keyword research. Create customized strategies for Search, Display, and Video campaigns. 2. Campaign Management & Optimization Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance improvements. Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results within allocated resources. Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. 3. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Provide recommendations to improve conversion rates and reduce CPC. 4. Creative Collaboration Work closely with the design team to develop high-performing ad creatives. Suggest and coordinate landing page optimization to ensure alignment with ad campaigns. 5. Ad Policy & Compliance Ensure all campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and industry regulations. Stay updated on changes to Google Ads algorithms and best practices. 6. Client Management & Communication Communicate campaign performance and strategy updates to internal stakeholders. Understand client requirements and customize strategies to achieve their goals. --- Key Skills and Qualifications 1. Experience 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Proven track record in lead generation and ROI optimization. 2. Technical Skills Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Keyword Planner. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hotjar is a plus. Expertise in bid strategy implementation and budget management. 3. Creative Skills Strong ad copywriting and creative strategy skills. Ability to suggest effective landing page designs for better conversions. 4. Analytical Skills Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Quality Score, etc. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 5. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges. --- Preferred Qualifications Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, and/or Video). Prior experience in real estate campaigns or relevant industries. Familiarity with landing page builders (e.g., Elementor, Leadpages). --- Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and expertise.
