THE POSITION

Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily accounting operations
2. Responsible for the full set of accounts and ensuring timely and accurate periodic financial close and reporting
3. Responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
4. Responsible for the preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis
5. Liaise with creditors and debtors when required
6. Perform any other task as assigned by the Accounts Manager

Qualification & Experience:

1. Minimum Degree in Accounting/or any equivalent qualification
2. Preferably minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
3. Meticulous and able to handle a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to meet deadlines
5. Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or NetSuite ERP accounting software will be an added bonus
