Role – Azure Support Engineer Experience – 3 – 5 Years Job Description Experience in IaaS: Compute, Networking, Storage Conceptual Understanding: Security, Containerization. Assist in the deployment and management of Azure services, including Azure Functions, File or Blob Storage, Virtual Network etc. Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure performance, alerts/warnings and troubleshoot and mitigate incidents. Incident Investigation and Reservation Provide Operational inputs to L3 SMEs for streamlining operations Collaborate with SMEs to implement security measures and compliance protocols. Document Incident resolutions, processes, configurations, changes in the cloud environment. Mandatory Leaf Skills (For Hiring) Track Windows: Azure Infrastructure Services Stack, Windows Track Linux: Azure Infrastructure Services Stack, Linux Upskilling Tracks Track Scripting: PowerShell, Azure Monitor Track Terraform: Terraform (Basics), Azure Monitor Useful Certifications (Optional) Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
