RPA Developer (Remote) - NES

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent platforms.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities and evaluate feasibility.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
4. Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of RPA projects, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
5. Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams and solution design documents.
6. Provide mentorship and training to junior developers and citizen developers.
7. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
8. Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that arise.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in RPA technologies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in RPA development and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
3. Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java.
4. Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation techniques.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
