Senior Oracle BPM Developer Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of business processes using Oracle BPM 2. Create complex process models, rules, and decision tables 3. Integrate Oracle BPM with Oracle SOA Suite (OSB, Mediator, BPEL)4. Implement business rules and decision management 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements 6. Troubleshoot and optimize process performance 7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices 8. Mentor junior team members Skills Technical Skills: 1. 8+ years of experience with Oracle SOA Suite (OSB, Mediator, BPEL)2. 5+ years of experience with Oracle BPM 3. Proficiency in Oracle BPM Suite (12c/14c)4. Experience with BPMN 2.0 modeling 5. Knowledge of Java and XML 6. Understanding of business process management and workflow concepts 7. Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server Soft Skills: 1. Excellent problem-solving skills 2. Strong communication and leadership skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Certifications: 1. Oracle Certified BPM Developer 2. Oracle Certified SOA Developer Nice to Have: 1. Experience with Oracle Cloud (Oracle BPM Cloud Service)2. Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git)3. Familiarity with agile development methodologies 4.
