Sealy Mattress Middle East, a leading operations licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, is seeking an accomplished and driven Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives. Established in 1990 as importers of Sealy and Crown Jewels brands, we have grown into a respected manufacturer with a state-of-the-art facility in Jeddah dedicated to producing premium quality mattresses. We take pride in our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, setting the benchmark in the bedding industry. As the Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will lead a talented sales team, cultivate strong relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and drive sales results.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and inform management decisions.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to support branding and promotional initiatives.
  7. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or MBA.
  2. A minimum of 10 years experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a senior sales role, preferably in the bedding or consumer goods industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the bedding industry.
  7. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
