Job Purpose As a Service Transition Manager, you will oversee the transition of new services into operational environments for cloud platforms and applications. This role is critical in ensuring that new products and services are delivered smoothly and meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, service management, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. - Service Transition Planning: Develop and implement service transition plans for new products and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Requirement Engineering: Define, describe and prioritize the necessary operational requirements, which have to be fulfilled and implemented by the to be operated products or services, refinement of those requirements with the affected product development teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, QA, and operations, to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transition process. Expert in explaining and operational requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with service transitions and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on service delivery and patient care.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead post-transition reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future transitions.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all service transitions comply with relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
