Qua is a modern-age womenswear brand that is committed to elevating modern women. As we are expanding, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the brand’s e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, website traffic, and customer behaviour using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of online orders and manage returns.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking of products to avoid stockouts.
- Assist in planning and executing online sales events, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Generate reports and provide insights to the management team to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and make recommendations for future initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ e-commerce strategies, pricing, and marketing efforts to identify trends and opportunities.
- 1-2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and/or WooCommerce.
- Excellent analytical skills in analysing data, conducting market research, and understanding customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to track and analyse e-commerce performance metrics.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
