What you’ll do: In this role, you’ll: The purpose of this employment is to extend SAP's market coverage in the dedicated segment by supporting new pipeline generation through: Learn how to execute targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology, and handed over to Sales using standard global process. Support the team in accelerating the pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatically recycled (discontinued/disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline) Understand how to nurture leads received from other demand generation functions and progress stalled pipeline. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology and handed over to Sales using sa tandard global process Campaign Execution & Lead Management: Learn the planning and execution of call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means together with manager/expert Support and cooperate with Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, Account Executives Align with Sales colleagues for the most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market Support the generation and qualification of leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) in alignment with management Pass qualified leads to Sales resources for opportunity management and execution Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports Training & Enablement: Assist in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills Be an active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom or mentor-lead activities Complete all enablement requested in a timely manner What you bring We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. - Currently enrolled to a University
- Study fields: Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data/ Process Management, IT/Digital Transformation etc.
- Languages: proficiency in English and German is a must
- You bring preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience, phone-centric work
