Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls. This includes process simplification and operational excellence to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.Partner with the best
As an AP & AR Assurance Analyst, you will work closely with a group of professionals supporting the team within the Global Finance Organization. As an AP & AR Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for:- Executing the Accounts Payable Assurance processes (Other Liabilities/ CSR (Commercial Sales Representative)/ GRIR) to ensure all entries are recorded timely and accurately in accordance with internal and external policies.
- Performing the review of the Other Assets (OA) processes, including maintaining the deposit and prepayment trackers to ensure validity and accuracy of open items.
- Preparing/reviewing and approving balance sheet account reconciliations (Blackline).
- Ensuring all key deliverables meet internal policy (Risk Control Management (RCM)) and external policies (Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), US GAAP, etc).
- Participating in process simplifications and automations.
- Building good relationships with stakeholders (FP&As, Controllership, internal and external auditors).

To be successful in this role, you will:- Have a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics, CPA/ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification (Preferred).
- Have a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Have proven track records and knowledge of accounting principles.
- Possess good critical analytical and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude.
- Enjoy learning and be able to provide subject matter expertise to the team.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have knowledge of ERPs such as Oracle and SAP.
- Be a good collaborator with a sense of responsibility and ownership.
