Job Description:
- Responsible for production planning analysis and perform overall planning for order received and plan material requirement per shipment forecast.
- Work out master schedule and weekly production plan to establish sequence and lead time of operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer order.
- Ensure material availability for production, responsible for production and material planning and loading of job order as planning.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve productivity and economy of scale by consolidating orders per run.
- Monitor manufacturing schedule, analyze delays/interruptions and adjust production schedule to meet customer timeline.
- Responsible to ensure the effectiveness and consistency workflow according to company ISO 9001 system.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
