Position - Graphic Designer - Presentation Deck Specialist Location - Gurgaon / Bangalore (Hybrid) Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who specializes in designing impactful and visually stunning presentation decks . In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and executive teams to craft decks that effectively communicate key messages while maintaining a cohesive and visually appealing aesthetic. Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on presentation decks and EBOOKS is a must (portfolio of relevant work required).
• Proficiency in design software such as Miro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint , Google Slides, or Keynote.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how to create engaging narratives through design.
• Experience in data visualization and ability to create clean, intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics
• Experience working with software companies is a must

• Design professional, visually engaging, and brand-consistent PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation decks for various internal and external purposes (sales, marketing, investor presentations, etc.).
• Translate complex ideas, data, and narratives into visually compelling and easy-to-understand slides.
• Ensure consistency in style, format, and visual identity across all presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the messaging, target audience, and goals for each deck.
• Utilize design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout to enhance audience engagement.
• Incorporate multimedia elements (images, videos, animations) to enhance the storytelling within presentations.
