You will leverage your understanding of Microsoft programs and rebate structures while driving software advisory initiatives. This position focuses on enhancing annuity penetration, negotiating complex licensing deals, and providing training and support to internal teams and customers. Key responsibilities will include:
- Optimize licensing and spending through detailed commercial analysis and tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams
- Conduct licensing workshops to educate customers and partners on Microsoft programs
- Address product licensing queries and provide helpdesk support for large customers
- Support sales processes with accurate documentation and methodology
- 3+ years of experience in similar role
- Relevant experience working with Microsoft licensing focused on volume licensing
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignmen t and clarity
- Detail and quality oriented, ensuring accuracy in all documentation
- A problem solver with ability to identify and resolve challenges with practical, effective solutions
