Job Summary: The Experiential Marketing Event Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing brand experiences that captivate and engage our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, a strong understanding of experiential marketing, and a proven track record of executing successful events. Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute experiential marketing events from start to finish, including brand activations, product launches, pop-up events, and more.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the successful execution of events.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, permits, transportation, and on-site management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.
- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into event strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful experiential marketing events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
