Role: Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) Developer Experience Preferred: 5+ Years Location: Gurugram Job Description: Design and Development :
- Develop custom solutions, extensions, and configurations in the OUAF environment using Java, XAI, Groovy scripts, and SQL.
- Create and modify Oracle Utilities objects such as Business Objects, Algorithms, Service Scripts, and Plug-In Scripts.
- Implement integrations using XAI (XML API), REST APIs, or batch frameworks.
- Configure OUAF applications to meet business requirements, including UI development and workflow configuration.
- Perform gap analysis and suggest innovative ways to address gaps within the OUAF framework.
- Write and execute unit, integration, and system tests for OUAF applications.
- Assist in deployment, ensuring high-quality implementation and post-deployment support.
- Develop interfaces between Oracle Utilities applications and third-party systems using middleware tools.
- Work on data migration and conversion activities from legacy systems into Oracle Utilities products.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in OUAF-based applications.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for deployed solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Technical Expertise :
- Proficient in OUAF-based applications like CC&B, MDM, SOM, or C2M.
- Strong knowledge of Java , Groovy scripting , SQL , and XML/XSLT.
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS, including PL/SQL programming.
- Familiarity with XAI, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and WebLogic server.
- Problem Solving :
- Strong analytical and debugging skills to resolve complex application issues.
- Ability to design innovative solutions within the OUAF environment.
- Tools and Methodologies :
- Hands-on experience with development tools like Eclipse, JDeveloper, and version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
