Job Description: SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Functional Expert Location : PAN INDIA Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and migration of the SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) module. - Design and configure global trade processes including customs management, compliance management, and risk management. - Optimize GTS workflows to enhance compliance with international trade regulations, efficiency, and risk mitigation. - Integrate GTS with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FICO. - Develop, configure, and deploy SAP solutions tailored to global trade management needs. - Analyze business processes related to global trade and provide recommendations for improvements. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP GTS solutions. - Lead master data migration activities related to global trade, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance. - Plan and execute the cutover strategy for GTS data, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently without requiring additional handholding. - Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. - Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP GTS functionalities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS with other SAP modules and external systems. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to global trade. - Configure and develop interfaces using EDI/IDOC for communication with customs and other external trade systems.
