We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead the sales strategy and execution for our B2B SaaS platform in Malaysia. As a founding member, you’ll play a critical role in building and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market reach. This hybrid role includes on-site and remote work, offering the chance to contribute to a fast-growing company from its early stages.   1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Team Building & Management: Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team with clear performance metrics to ensure individual and team success.
  3. Revenue & KPI Management: Monitor and adjust sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to support long-term business growth and customer retention.
  5. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, developing strategies to penetrate and grow these segments.
  6. Reporting & Analysis: Provide senior leadership with regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights into market trends.
About You:
  1. Experience: 5+ years in a senior sales role, ideally within SaaS or technology industries; an MBA or Master’s degree in Business or Sales preferred.
  2. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in building and managing successful sales teams, with strong goal-setting and motivational capabilities.
  3. Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong skills in performance tracking, using data to guide decision-making.
  4. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of building lasting relationships.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales management platforms.
  2. Understanding of OOO Labs' mission and experience with SaaS and digital product sales.
