Job Title: Senior Manager Business Development 1. Job Summary As the Senior Manager Business Development of Environics, you will work with the founders of a company who are pioneers of Health & Wellness Technologies in the world, and who have worked with the biggest names in the country. Doing business with the likes of ITC Group, Leela Palace and Hotels, Lalit Hotels, SAIL, DCM Shriram Group, Indian Express, and have re-done the Mumbai and Hyderabad Airports to enhance the wellbeing of individuals and organizations. The Senior Manager Business Development will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key institutional clients, and other large organizations. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution to meet the company’s revenue and growth targets within the institutional segment. 2. - Head the Business Development of the company.
- Develop a strategic roadmap and monitor business goals and milestones.
- Acquire new customers, and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Conduct sales pitches, influence, negotiate, and close deals with C-Suite executives and HR Heads of large corporates.
- Minimum bachelor's degree level.
- Adequate and relevant years of work experience in Corporate/Institutional Sales, Partnerships & Alliances. Experience in concept selling will be preferred.
- Candidates from Hospitality, FMCG, Healthcare, Industry sales and other service/product-based sales backgrounds will be preferred.
- Proven track record in Sales & Business Development.
- Excellent written and oral communication / presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace Tools.
