• Recruitment: Proficient in sourcing and engaging with candidates IN Non-IT domains.
• Engineering Industry Expertise: Experience in hiring for engineering companies is a must.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with HR and hiring managers of client organizations, demonstrating a professional and pleasing personality

1. Proficiency in sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards.
2. Strong understanding of Non IT job roles and skillsets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to front-end with clients confidently.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
