- Leading initiatives to increase the overall capabilities and performance of the Global Talent Sourcing team.
- Proactively sourcing high-quality professionals for critical business roles in a 'player/coach' capacity.
- Taking ownership of workload management and service delivery for the Global Talent Sourcing team.
- Fostering continuous learning and development within the team through coaching, training, and mentorship.
- Identifying and implementing best practices in sourcing techniques and processes to optimize performance.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment of sourcing strategies.
- Acting as a strategic partner in driving talent acquisition initiatives and maximizing return on investment.
- Helping the team in understanding talent markets and complex candidate profiles, as well as relationships with talent pools and communities, to identify, secure, and/or develop candidates for immediate and near-future needs and pipelines.
- Reviewing data and market research and consulting with the business to recommend and implement a hiring plan that addresses both business demand and talent availability.
- Reviewing and analyzing data to improve staffing performance.
- Using an understanding of talent markets and complex candidate profiles, as well as relationships with talent pools and communities, to identify, secure, and/or develop candidates for immediate and near-future needs and pipelines.
- Building solid working relationships with Talent Attraction Partners and Internal customers.
- Leveraging and optimizing existing tools and solutions, i.e Talent Neuron, Avature, SuccessFactors, 3rd party vendors, Campus, and other sourcing channels and technologies, to create a pipeline of prior, existing, and known talent and convert them to active job applicants for both current and future positions.
- Working with the early careers team to optimize outreach, execution and program management for all early careers activities by providing coordinator support to those functions.
- Must have team handling experience.
- Good understanding of MS Excel and presentation skills; in depth understanding of the employment market.
- Domain expertise in research / sourcing Exposure towards Global Talent Mapping and understanding on the different recruitment tools and portals like Avature, Eightfold, ATS system (preferably SuccessFactors), LinkedIn and different social media handles.
- Exposure towards handling TA Projects (Globally).
- Exposure towards using ATS system like SuccessFactors etc.
- Overall, 10+ years of experience into Talent Acquisition.
- Must have 3 – 4 Years of experience into team handling.
- Able to identify problems and present solutions in a timely manner.
- Experience of working in HR Team, showing knowledge of HR policies, processes across the whole employee lifecycle.
- Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Driven and determined.
- Practical and logical with a problem-solving mindset. Is a team player and collaborative.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Regional/Global TA Partners, Regional/Global Leaders, Regional and Functional HR Business Partners.
- Solid souring and screening experience.
- Strong operational experience in creating effective and scalable processes.
- The ability to leverage data for insights and to influence recruiting coordination processes, strategy, and decisions.
- Experience influencing, coaching leaders, and aligning with cross-functional partners the ability to be in the office full-time is a requirement for this role.
