Appnext is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to lead its strategic sales activities in India. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to own the revenue of a strategic project, educate the market, drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
- Introduce & educate about Appnext OEM Agency Business and services to potential app developers
- Launch app developers' campaigns on leading Android stores in India
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial reach-out to commercial agreements
- Own and oversee new partners' onboarding process and lead them to a successful launch
- Manage long-term trusted relationships, advise and consult your partners regularly
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, together with the CSM team
- Provide feedback and insights from partners to enhance Appnext's products and services
- 3+ years experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or a similar role within the mobile app industry
- A clear understanding of the Indian Adtech Market and vast connections in the industry – a must
- Strong knowledge and network of the mobile app ecosystem, advertising technologies, and app monetization models
- Experience with OEMs (Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi etc.) business sales- an asset
- Proven experience in owning a digital project revenue, from sales to retention
- You can be autonomous and independent in your role, yet also a team player
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, able to present complex data clearly and professionally
- Exceptional Negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent - an advantage
