Purpose of the role: To ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including UCPMP guidelines, through meticulous documentation and due diligence, while serving as the point of contact for Alkem’s business verticals to drive the compliance program. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing pre and post event documentation of marketing activities e.g. CME, AdBoards,
- Sponsorship Conferences etc. in order to ensure that organization is complying with UCPMP guidelines and internal policies
- Conducting Due Diligence, and certification of in-scope parties and maintaining all reports and data
- Manage data, create MIS reports, prepare UCPMP reports in specified formats, conduct data analysis, and develop management presentations, with proficiency in Excel
- Supervising pre and post event documentation team members and handling escalations.
- Supporting Training & Monitoring and Business Compliance team members as and when required
- Collaborating across functions including Commercial, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical
- Operations, Internal Audit, Legal, Human Resources, Finance and others as required
- Supporting our continuous improvement mindset for Alkem’s compliance program by sharing business insights and examples of compliance-in-action, recommending program enhancements and leading the implementation of certain program updates
- Supporting Head of Business Ethics & Marketing Compliance in digitization of compliance processes and controls and in other matters/ initiatives / projects as and when required
