Role: Associate Project Manager Location: Kochi - WFO Experience: 10-13 years Shift: 01PM to 10 PM IST Notice Period: 15-30 days Job Description - Project manager well versed in SDLC to support Account Management & Operations, driving innovation initiatives and product enhancements working closely with Service Lines, Tracking KPIs and Metrics and establishing regular cadence with Reporting - Work with customers on Relation building, pipeline management and connects with customers -Ensure all internal processes are adhered and mentor team when needed -Drive innovation within team Collaborate with SLs and Enabling functions Duties to be performed - Project Management -Drive innovation initiatives in AI -Account Operations management - CRM, leadership reports, P&L monitoring and alerts -Ensure the adherence to org process -Tracking and reporting of KPIs and Metrics and drive improvement initiatives
