Job Title: Cold Rolling Mill Operation Head ( GM and AVP ) Job Summary The Cold Rolling Mill Operation Head is responsible for overseeing the operations of the cold rolling mill, overall plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and safety compliance. This role involves managing a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining equipment performance and product quality .Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cold rolling mill operations to ensure smooth production
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of rolling equipment
• Monitor and improve process efficiency and product quality
• Ensure safety protocols and industry regulations are followed
• Train and lead the team, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech
• 18+ years of experience in cold rolling mill operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of cold rolling processes, quality control, and safety standards
