- Campaign Ownership and Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with objectives and optimized for maximum performance.
- Marketing Analytics and Insights: Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, track KPIs, and refine strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Automated Journeys and Communication Management: Manage push notifications, SMS, email, WhatsApp campaigns, and automated customer journeys to enhance engagement and retention.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, customer service, and brand marketing teams to align objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Budget Analysis and Optimization: Monitor campaign budgets, identifying opportunities to improve ROI and profitability.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Create detailed performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of Clevertap, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel and any other tracking tools.
- Postgraduate or graduate with relevant experience in growth marketing, preferably with a stock brokerage or fintech domain.
