Operations Responsibility:
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Managing day-to-day operations as well as the operations team
- Ensuring that organizational processes remain legally compliant with regulations and standards
- Ensuring stock availability and planning replenishments to multiple warehouses.
- Monitoring the performance and productivity of the packing teams, Overseeing staffing plans and supervising.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and allocating resources to help meet business goals
- Working cross-departmentally to ensure that all operations are aligned with organizational objectives
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing
- Monitoring the dispatches and prioritizing the deliveries
- Maintaining good supply chain management processes, including inventory management and dispatch coordination.
- Regular reports to be maintained and submitted on the stock, dispatch, and manpower utilisations.
- Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, program budgets and actual expenditures
- Consistently analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports accurately and timely; communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programs to maximize and help them reach optimal individual and organizational goals
- Providing leadership in strengthening the skills of subordinates and project management
- Should have hands-on experience with software like Tally, SAP or similar tools
- Should have GST requirement knowledge
