Location: Pune (Work from Home) Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in lead generation, product presentations, and have a working knowledge of ERP and CRM software. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various online channels, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and features.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, follow-up activities, and conversion status.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve business targets.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, specifically in lead generation and product presentations.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of ERP and CRM software systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of specific ERP and CRM software tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, SAP).
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS product presentations will be a plus.
