- Ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (only Non-tech like - Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Corporate functions, manufacturing (accountants, plant heads), Legal & Compliance, regulatory affairs, etc.).
- Ensuring exceptional candidate experience maintaining Korn Ferry vales and standards at all times.
- Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, ensuring exceptional stakeholder management (internal & external).
- Strategizing recruitment & hiring processes in consultation with the hiring managers, thereby acting as the first POC for all hiring requirements.
- Manage on-site and remote teams of recruiters across India.
- Defining and communicating individual and team metrics
- Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles
- Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client
- Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
- Be a subject matter expert on technology utilized within the recruitment process i.e. KF Recruit and our ATS (Oleeo).
- Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs
- Ensuring project documents and engagements are complete and updated in a timely manner
- Developing and delivering client and management metrics and reporting
- Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
- Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets to deliver a successful output.
- Provide market insights to hiring managers on the client's side wrt factors like - geographic conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks, etc. thereby acting as a talent consultant/partner.
- Maintain highest data integrity within reporting over critical metrics and maintaining process excellence.
- Anywhere between 3-12 years of Recruitment experience supporting Manufacturing clients.
- Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles like - commercial (75% Sales roles), Corporate functions, HR, finance, regulatory affairs, Marketing, Legal & compliance, supply chain, plant heads, Logistics, R&D, etc.
- Demonstrated success in both a recruitment delivery capacity as well as team management experience within the in-house Recruitment / RPO / Agency would be preferred.
- Experience leading at least a 3-5 member team.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- An ideal candidate must be able to handle a volume of at least 90-100 open requisitions/roles annually along with his team.
- Strong verbal and written communication & management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a logical approach interpreting the numbers and an impeccable business judgement
- Strong with interpreting data & reporting various metrics
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent stakeholder and networking skills
- Fluency in English as a primary language for communication
