The organization over the last 10 years have set up its own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, in-house strong R&D, a tech arm in Bangalore and has signed up contracts with top 10 global brands to distribute, market and sell their brands across India & parts of Asia. We are now poised to introduce our homegrown brands to the Indian and global markets and be one of the most dominant players in the global beauty industry with unmatched in-house infrastructure. We are scouting for talented Head of Growth to manage our Digital Businesses. The Head of Growth, CRM, and Performance Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth. This individual will lead the CRM, email, SMS, push, and performance marketing teams to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) and optimize digital advertising spend across paid media channels. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth objectives with overall business goals. This role requires a combination of data analysis, customer-centric thinking, and creative marketing execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy , focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement across all digital and CRM channels. Identify new growth opportunities through innovative marketing strategies and emerging platforms. Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to create integrated marketing plans that support business objectives and deliver measurable results. 2. CRM Strategy & Customer Retention: Lead the development of comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV). Oversee segmentation strategies , creating personalized and targeted messaging for different customer segments across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels. Analyze customer behaviour, identify retention opportunities, and build targeted campaigns to drive loyalty and repeat purchases. Develop and manage a detailed customer lifecycle roadmap, optimizing for retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. 3. Performance Marketing Management: Lead performance marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, paid search, display advertising, programmatic buying, and affiliate marketing. Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI by managing budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to achieve revenue goals. Oversee data analysis to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Implement and oversee A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign performance. 4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results. Lead the integration of CRM and performance marketing data to build a holistic view of customer behavior and marketing effectiveness. Use customer insights and market research to inform decisions and refine strategies, continually adapting to changing market conditions. 5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of marketing professionals in CRM, performance marketing, and digital growth. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation , and accountability across the marketing team. Provide clear direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities to help your team grow and succeed. 6. Budget & Resource Management: Own the marketing budget for CRM and performance marketing efforts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Forecast and track spend against targets , adjusting strategies as needed to ensure budget compliance and the achievement of marketing goals. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, data, and design teams to align growth initiatives with product launches, customer experience improvements, and other key company priorities. Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure the marketing and customer journey is seamless and aligned with business goals. Qualifications: Experience : 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, and performance marketing roles with a proven track record of success in scaling digital marketing initiatives and driving growth. Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams. Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.), marketing automation platforms, and performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Data-Driven : Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar analytics platforms to make data-informed decisions. Growth Mindset : Proven ability to drive growth in both customer acquisition and retention, with a focus on building long-term customer value. Strategic Thinking : Ability to create and execute complex, multi-channel growth strategies that are aligned with business objectives. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex marketing data to senior leadership. Education : A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in eCommerce or SaaS growth marketing. Strong knowledge of email marketing , SMS , push notifications , and other CRM tools. Experience with programmatic advertising , affiliate marketing , and SEO . Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies. Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition in competitive industries.
