You will work with different US companies to develop commercial and research AI solutions. Required Skills:
- Python Expertise: 4–10 years of experience writing clean, efficient code and conducting quality code reviews.
- Code Quality: Expertise in reviews to ensure performance and data quality.
- Tool Automation: Experience in customizing tools and automating tasks for efficiency.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and mentor juniors.
- Resource Management: Skilled in managing resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Communication: Clear in explaining technical issues and providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Proficient in driving process improvements across teams.
- Code Reviews: Ensure quality and adherence to standards through thorough reviews.
