Gen AI Engineer

Eligibility Requirements: * Work Location is Bangalore (Looking for local candidates only). * There will be a mandatory on-site requirement of up to 3 months per year, likely in Chennai, although this may not be required every year. * The position will initially be remote but may transition to an on-site role. * Every two weeks, we will have an in-person meeting in Central Bangalore for about an hour on Thursdays. * During starting there will be some on-site training likely in Chennai. JD: AI Integration and Application Developer Job Description **Overview:** AI Integration and Application Developer to design, develop, and deploy applications using AI frameworks (OpenAI, LlamaIndex, LangChain). This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a proactive work ethic to drive projects from concept to deployment in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:**- Prompt engineering, Tool and Workflow creation. - Develop and integrate AI functionalities using advanced frameworks to enhance system capabilities. - Translate complex non-technical requirements into actionable technical solutions. - Data gathering and analysis - Maintain, Monitor and Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends, actively integrating them into projects w.r.t. there use case. **Languages:**- Must have strong Python skills. - Typescript and PHP are beneficial. **Project outlines:**- Develop recommendation engines - Automate manual processes - Create REACT Agents for internal and external support. **Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field. - 1-5 years of experience with AI frameworks and software development. - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and familiarity with Docker and AWS. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex projects independently. **Bonus:**- Experience fine-tuning language models - Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow **Character Traits:**- Proactive and enthusiastic, with a passion for technology and innovation. - Patience, determination and an active interest in applied A.I. - Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex solutions clearly. - Adaptable and agile, with a strong ability to manage changes and challenges. - Excellent English speaking and writing.
