Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to manage payroll, recruitment, HR activities, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Payroll Management: • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations. • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets. • Recruitment: • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding. • Maintain a talent pool and coordinate with hiring managers for staffing needs. • HR Activities: • Handle employee engagement initiatives and support training and development programs. • Assist in performance evaluations and maintain employee records. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. • Administrative Support: • Oversee office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination. • Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and other general admin tasks. • Handle employee queries and support day-to-day office operations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in HR and administration roles. • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
