This role demands an innovative leader with expertise in building practices, crafting sales strategies, and driving SAP BTP offerings to market. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, a deep understanding of cloud integration, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between technology and business. Key Responsibilities: Practice Development

• Establish and scale the SAP BTP practice by defining processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of SAP BTP professionals.
• Develop accelerators, tools, and frameworks to enhance solution delivery efficiency.

• Create compelling sales decks and presentations to showcase SAP BTP capabilities and value propositions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for sales personnel to enhance their understanding of SAP BTP offerings.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP BTP solutions, including application development, data integration, and analytics.
• Advise clients on leveraging SAP BTP for digital transformation and business innovation.
• Ensure successful delivery of SAP BTP projects by aligning with business goals and technical requirements.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into SAP BTP trends and best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, including demos, proof of concepts, and solution proposals.
• Build long-term client relationships by ensuring high satisfaction with SAP BTP services.

• Represent the organization in conferences, webinars, and industry forums to showcase SAP BTP expertise.
• Publish white papers, blogs, and case studies on SAP BTP trends, innovations, and success stories.

• 15+ years of experience in SAP solutions with at least 5 years in SAP BTP.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP services, including SAP Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and Analytics tools.
• Proven track record in building practices and developing go-to-market strategies.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and API management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience in creating impactful sales material.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• SAP certifications in BTP or related areas are highly desirable.
