About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team in Belgium. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by selling our finance and accounting solutions to key decision-makers, including accountants, auditors, CFOs, and heads of finance departments. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market footprint and increasing revenue. Location: Brussels or Antwerp, Belgium (Remote/Hybrid) Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads, transforming them into lasting business relationships through strategic engagement and tailored solution presentations.
- Client Needs Assessment: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs. Analyze their financial and administrative challenges to present tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with senior financial consultants in Belgium and Subject Matter Experts in outsourcing solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established sales targets and contribute significantly to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Market Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Eastvantage, building a strong and professional reputation in the market. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, expand your professional network, and identify new opportunities and service offerings.
- Administration and Reporting: Efficiently manage and document all sales-related activities using our CRM system. Regularly generate and analyze reports to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and assess progress against targets.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in selling services, with a strong preference for experience in outsourcing and staff leasing solutions for financial and administrative roles.
- Required Qualification: Extensive knowledge of the finance and accounting industry, including current trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Language Skills: Perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French, or French and English, with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities in both languages.
- Reputation: Established and well-regarded network within the finance and accounting community.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Location: Preferably based in or around Brussels.
