In the role of Lead or Principal Business Consultant (Data & Comms), you will be expected to take an active role in the Data & Communications service line to improve the implementation, expertise, and advisory capability of Data & Communications consultants within our market unit and beyond. Key responsibilities Oversee the development of SimCorp Dimension to the client’s platform Monitor the results and quality of SimCorp Dimension implementation to the client’s platform Provide technical expertise on the development of SimCorp Dimension and its features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered Assist the client to achieve full business value in their implementation Design client-specific solutions based on SimCorp standard systems and offerings Act as a trouble-shooter when difficult technical issues occur Act in the capacity of an extension of the customer’s business driving successful outcomes efficiently Potentially mentor other employees Participate in all aspects of implementation, including design, configuration, integration, and training Depending on areas of expertise, be responsible for one or more streams in the project Advise on process improvements through better use of Dimension What we value We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to learn the rest: Previous experience working with SimCorp Dimension is essential Understanding of Asset Management – Front, Middle, or Back Office workflow Methodical, hardworking, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure Expertise in the Connectivity and Data domains to work on projects in APAC Client implementation experience and knowledge of 3rd party tools, such as SQL, middleware, general integration, and data transformation Certification in advanced connectivity and in-depth knowledge of: communication server, filter toolbox, and data extractor Additional knowledge of SC BI, CORIC, SC DWH (and/or Snowflake) would be an advantage Very good communication and consulting skills Strong sense of ownership and accountability An attitude to make things happen and manage successful outcomes for SimCorp and the customer Benefits: We provide a good work-life balance and opportunities for professional development.
