Role Overview Delphos is seeking a full-time Associate, Capital Raising to be a vital member of the team. The Associate would support multiple active capital raising assignments, business development, and company initiatives to ensure Delphos assists its clients and meets its overall goals, working closely with senior team members and international clients. While this is a remote role, the candidate should be based in Singapore. Please read responsibilities and requirements prior to applying. Key Responsibilities The Associate responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Write thorough and well-organized teasers, information memoranda, and other briefs intended for a commercial or investment audience. Build, audit, and interpret dynamic financial models. Conduct research and financial, economic, and regulatory analyses to be incorporated into external work products. Lead and run well-organized market outreach processes – managing “upwards” internally to coordinate virtual data rooms, project timelines, market materials, non-disclosure agreements, and similar materials. Support the preparation of business development materials – with oversight from senior people. Represent the Delphos brand on calls, in meetings, and at conferences as required. Some international travel and client interface required with experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in finance, operations, accounting, or a relevant field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in consulting or advisory work, capital markets work, or corporate development role. Concise and persuasive business writing skills with demonstrated experience delivering quality reports and presentations. Intermediate or advanced financial modeling skills. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, often in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate persuasively with internal and external audiences. Experience analyzing and interpreting historical financial statements, including familiarity with the GAAP/IAS standards is a plus. Experience analyzing businesses for key assumptions, trends, risks, context supply/demand dynamics, and contracts is a plus. Fluency in English.
