As a key player in our front office team, you will lead the development of robust and efficient Python applications that drive their business forward. The role: Spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance Python applications for their front office operations. Work closely with traders, quantitative analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design scalable and reliable systems that meet the demands of a fast-paced trading environment. Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with complex, multi-site systems architectures, strong Unix operating system knowledge, and exposure to a variety of database technologies. Highly motivated to work in a hands-on collaborative environment. Commitment to excellence and strong attention to detail. Fluent Mandarin is required.
