The Compliance Counsel will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Ethics & Compliance program. The position may also be expected to provide legal support on various matters related to the company’s global business operations, particularly within the shipping sector in APAC, monitoring the legal developments and changes in legislation.
