Class 3 driving license Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm, Alt Sat 8.30am - 11.30am Growth opportunities with good salary packages Job Responsibilities Assist Workshop Manager / Executive in organizing workflow through bodyshop and optimizing available resources to achieve labor sales as well as customer satisfaction. Ensure the quality of work carried out. Conduct quality checks of vehicles. Ensure accurate recording of spray painters' workshop time. Provide on-the-job training for spray painters. Communicate and support MCA on repair-related matters. Ensure sufficient paint inventory for daily operational needs. Maintain tools and workshop facilities, including spray booths and paint mixing room. Ensure safety, orderliness, and tidiness in the workshop, and maintain discipline among staff under supervision. Job Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in an automotive workshop or related environment. Experience in a supervisory role in spray painting is an advantage. Knowledge of insurance claims processes/procedures. Proficient in preparation and spray painting of vehicles. Knowledge of bodywork operations, body and paintwork, and component parts of motor vehicles. Able to operate computer software such as GDMS, MS Word/Excel, Outlook, etc. Possess a Class 3 driving license.
