Responsibilities: Plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical aspects of the project. Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects. Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement. Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities. Provide project documentation and reports. Diagnose and rectify technical issues. Manage and operate Red Hat Linux and Windows VM infrastructure: Installation/Configuration/Hardening/Maintenance/Patching. Maintain System Security. Advanced Troubleshooting. Performance Tuning. Capacity Management. Preventive/Proactive Support. Incident/Change/Problem Management. Provide system administration support and guidance for development team’s app configuration tasks. Veritas Clustering Setup on RHEL VM would be an added advantage. Chef Automation would be an added advantage. AWS EC2 maintenance. Manage and operate VMware vSphere IT infrastructure and other IT infrastructure-related tasks. Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows Administration. Professional understanding of networking related to RHEL and Windows. Professional understanding of SAN Storage related to RHEL and Windows. AWS Certified Solution Architect will be an advantage. Good understanding of large Data Centre Facilities operation. Hands-on experience supporting various Infrastructure agents like NetBackup. (Mid-Level) vSphere 7.x. Cross-team collaboration with storage, network, security, and application delivery. Technical leadership qualities to handle technical challenges and sensitive situations. Integrate the server automation process either by custom scripts or via third-party solutions (Ansible). Drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve user issues and support them through telephone, email, or via chat services as applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
