Client Service Delivery Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Understand all program requirements and communicate requirements to all subcontractors. Maintain effective and timely communication with clients. Manage daily orders, ensure service level standards (SLA) are met and resolve service issues. Communicate effectively across all functional teams assigned to the program. Create orders and coordinate with logistics service providers and/or other subcontractors utilized to support the client's program. Attend con-calls and meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Data management. Review subcontractor reports to ensure accuracy and job profitability. Prepare reports and settlements for billing. Support and assist the manager in coaching junior staff. Other duties as assigned.
