Executive / Senior Executive (Medical Services) Job Description: Our client is a well-known healthcare group with operation in various medical services. Stable work environment Job Summary Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Director and the medical team. Principal Accountabilities Provide administrative support to the Medical Director in all day-to-day operations of the medical services. Maintain a registry of operational manuals and files related to the medical department and ensure that information contained therein is regularly updated. Establish and maintain a system for filing and archiving all essential information and circulars from government agencies such as the Ministry of Health (MOH). Oversee and assist in the collation of statistics to various government agencies such as MOH. Assist the Medical Director and the medical team in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in the event such plans need to be activated. Provide secretarial support to the Medical Director in all internal and external meetings. Project Management and Research (e.g., Development of new services) Carry out fact-finding and put up drafts for proposals of projects and new services. Provide admin support to research teams. Work with Institute Review Board (IRBs) with the review of research proposals. Support external and internal projects as directed by the Medical Director. Coordinate continuing medical education and training Support the Medical Director and the medical team in the medical students' attachment, residency programme, and preparation for internal and external training coordination of venue, preparation of slides and notes, etc. Assist the Medical Director in tracking all the training and education of the medical team and work with HR where necessary. Provide secretariat support in organizing conferences in collaboration with other community and regional hospitals. Secondary Accountabilities Assume other responsibilities relevant to the position as delegated from time to time. Cover the duties of the admin executive in her absence. Job Requirements Degree in Business Admin/Health Science. A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. A person of integrity, who is highly motivated and writes well. Able to maintain good interpersonal relationships. Able to work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Working experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage.
