Job Responsibilities: Managing the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management, business partnering, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, and succession planning. Advising Line Management on performance management, resolving complex employee relations issues, and addressing grievances. Participating in leadership meetings and providing solutions for the operational plans and initiatives. Overseeing the offboarding activities, analyzing trends, and working with management to support retention initiatives. Managing inquiries from employees and providing professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies and issues. Facilitating and supporting the performance appraisal process to ensure objective performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development. Planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives. Preparing manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders. Job Requirements: Degree in HR Management or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform analysis, prepare proposals, and handle stakeholders. Able to engage, guide, and partner with senior leaders on strategic HR matters.
